Area Locality Manager

c£30k p.a (Based in Prestwood)

Following a recent amalgamtion and with some exciting new projects coming to fruition we are looking to recruit an Area Team Locality Manager to develop our care within the community.

The post requires a confident and experienced care manager to oversee our domiciliary care related projects in the South of Buckinghamshire. You will also be required in due course to register with the CQC. If you are equally at home visiting clients and developing new services, then we would love to hear from you.

Carer Support Workers

We are currently looking for Carer Support Workers in the following areas:

Buckingham & Winslow - early mornings and weekend work

South Buckinghamshire - evenings and weekend work

Previous care experience is not essential but would be desirable. We do require all applicants to offer a minimum of 16 flexible hours availability a week and you must be able to drive and have your own car. You should have a positive attitude and a willingness to develop your skills within the carer support worker role. You should also be comfortable carrying out personal care. Good interpersonal, oral, communication and written skills are essential as you will be dealing with a variety of age groups, social and ethnic backgrounds. You must also be able to demonstrate commitment to the values and policies of the charity.
