Crossroads Care Central & South Bucks

There are some six million people in Britain who care for others.  Many of these reach a turning point, a crossroads, at which they feel they need more help, where they may simply need a break or more regular support.  That is what Crossroads Care does.

Crossroads Care is a national network of local charities and Central & South Bucks Crossroads is your local branch. We employ fully trained professionals providing a wide variety of flexible services to people of all ages and with a range of disabilities and health conditions within the Aylesbury, Chiltern District, High Wycombe and South Bucks Council areas.
